This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Resumate.AI collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (“User”) of the Resumate.AI chat application (“App”). This Privacy Policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by Resumate.AI.

Additionally, when using the App, User interactions and conversations with the ChatGPT language model provided by OpenAI may be logged and stored for the purpose of improving the performance and functionality of Resumate.AI. This includes the data exchanged between the User and ChatGPT.

Use of OpenAI and ChatGPT

Resumate.AI utilizes the ChatGPT language model, developed by OpenAI, to assist Users in improving their resumes and providing job search guidance. When interacting with ChatGPT, User inputs and queries are sent to OpenAI’s servers to generate appropriate responses.

Please note that while we take measures to ensure the privacy and security of User data, the use of ChatGPT involves transmitting User data to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI may collect and use User data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We encourage Users to review OpenAI’s privacy policy to understand how their data is handled.

Resumate.AI may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

To personalize User experience: We may use the information to understand how Users interact with the App and provide personalized content and recommendations based on their job history.
